WohlRaum Project Herzogenrath:

the model district in terms of size, location and equipment, among other things due to its central location, attractive urban integration and a completely new development according to the latest social and ecological requirements as well as structural and energy-related possibilities. This means that inclusion, accessibility and participation can be ideally implemented - from the infrastructure, the buildings and premises to the service, service and leisure offer. The Concept

All projects offer you the opportunity to participate. With your knowledge, your ideas and skills, you can actively shape and further develop the community in its potential as well as the concrete possibilities and offers.

Participation with private, voluntary initiative: This includes clubs, social initiatives or groups with offers for the promotion, support and leisure activities of certain people and interest groups, as well as initiatives for participation and social exchange.

Participation as an actor in one or more projects: As an actor, you can get involved with commercial offers (e.g. retail, services, infrastructure) as well as with healthcare or nursing and care services.

Participation, cooperation with an area or object: do you have buildings, areas and objects whose sustainable and public welfare-oriented use is a matter close to your heart, as well as their economic sustainability and future orientation? Then let's examine together what requirements could be possible for a valuable solution as a WohlRaum quarter.

WohlRaum is our idea, our business concept and our development space in the sense of our claim as a role model and beacon for the design of future-oriented, valuable residential and living space. We are looking for like-minded people for mutual inspiration, for solidarity in the further development of our concept, as well as in the concrete implementation and integration of projects.
